Jan Perry is our office coordinator handling appointments, insurance, and financial arrangements. Jan attended Bessemer State Junior College in a dental assisting program and then later attended UAB where she graduated in the dental hygiene program. She has been in the dental field for 34 years. She has two daughters and two beautiful grandchildren, Nate and Vayda Marie. She watching her grandchildren play ball and cross stitching.
Kim Parker is our dental hygienist that greets you with a smile and compassion. She is a mom of three wonderful boys and has been a foster mom for many more. She she enjoys going to the mountains and beaches with her boys.
Yasmine Ezell is a chair side dental assistant, who received her dental certificate from Shelton State. She graduated from the University of West Alabama with a bachelor’s degree in Cell and Molecular Biology. Her sweet, caring and charismatic personality makes patients feel welcomed and relaxed at every visit. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and learning new, inspiring ideas.
Mariah Watson is a certified dental assistant, receiving her certification from Shelton State. She is our new patient coordinator as well as assists Dr. Sullivan. Her outgoing personality is welcoming to new patients and she goes out of her way to make them comfortable with a big smile and assuring words. She has two beautiful children Katelynn and Benjamin. She enjoys going to the beach , traveling, and family fun time.
Harlie Hubka is one of our surgical dental assistants. Harlie is from a small town where everyone knows everyone; so her outgoing personality makes patients feel welcomed and at ease. She attended Shelton State Community College and is working to continue her education at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She enjoys going to the beach, spending time with friends and family, as well as karaoke! Also, she has a love for all animals, especially dogs and cows. Harlie loves to learn new things and travel to many different places.
Chloe Kitchens is one of our surgical assistants, who work alongside Dr. Sullivan. Chloe received her dental assisting certificate from Shelton State. Her long term goal is to become a dental hygienist to help patients improve their beautiful smiles. Her heartwarming personality makes patients feel safe and comfortable during every procedure. Her favorite places are the beach and the lake; she hopes to one day travel the world. She enjoys taking long walks and hiking with her friends, family time, as well as her daily devotional and relationship with Christ.
