Jan Perry
Jan Perry is our office coordinator handling appointments, insurance, and financial arrangements. Jan attended Bessemer State Junior College in a dental assisting program and then later attended UAB where she graduated in the dental hygiene program. She has been in the dental field for 34 years. She has two daughters and two beautiful grandchildren, Nate and Vayda Marie. She watching her grandchildren play ball and cross stitching.
Kim Parker
Kim Parker is our dental hygienist that greets you with a smile and compassion. She is a mom of three wonderful boys and has been a foster mom for many more. She she enjoys going to the mountains and beaches with her boys.
Yasmine Ezell
Yasmine Ezell is a chair side dental assistant, who received her dental certificate from Shelton State. She graduated from the University of West Alabama with a bachelor’s degree in Cell and Molecular Biology. Her sweet, caring and charismatic personality makes patients feel welcomed and relaxed at every visit. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and learning new, inspiring ideas.
Harlie Hubka
​ Harlie Hubka is one of our dental assistants and new patient coordinator. Harlie is from a small town where everyone knows everyone, so her outgoing personality makes patients feel welcomed and at ease. Her goal is to continue helping patients with maintaining their beautiful smile by becoming a dental hygienist. She is a dog mom to a sweet, loving great dane named Luna and loves Alabama football, Roll tide! She enjoys going to the beach, spending time with friends and family, and karaoke!
Lydia Shirley
Lydia Shirley is one of our surgical assistants, who work alongside Dr. Sullivan. Lydia received her dental assisting certificate from the Accelerated Dental Assisting Academy. Her long-term goal is to become a dental hygienist to help educate patients about the importance of oral health. Lydia’s favorite thing to do is make others smile with her heartwarming personality. Outside of the office, Lydia loves spending time with her two miniature Dachshunds, Remi and Rue, as well as traveling out of the country and getting to experience all the amazing cultures.
