To streamline your new patient appointment, please text us (205-758-8872) clear photos of the front and back of your insurance card in advance. This allows us to verify your plan benefits and any limitations, giving you a clearer picture from the start.

Before any treatment begins, our team will verify your insurance coverage. You will then receive a detailed breakdown of all estimated fees, so there are no surprises. Payment for services is expected at the time of your appointment.

We accept Visa and MasterCard for your convenience. To help make your treatment more manageable, we also offer flexible financing solutions through Sunbit and CareCredit. Our knowledgeable team is always available to discuss these options and help you find a payment plan that best fits your financial situation. If you anticipate needing special financial arrangements, please discuss this with our office manager before your scheduled services.

We are happy to submit all insurance claims on your behalf and work diligently to help you receive your maximum benefits. Please keep in mind that while we assist with claims, you remain ultimately responsible for your account balance. If you notice your policy hasn't paid within 30 days, please don't hesitate to contact us directly for assistance.

Even if we are not directly "in-network," please know that we can still provide you with the same excellent, specialized care.

For plans without out-of-network benefits: We encourage you to explore financing options through Sunbit. We can provide you with more information and a direct link to their application to help you determine if it's a suitable financial solution for your needs.
